Jette Woodward's line drive into left field drove in the winning run in the 8th inning of a 7-6 come-from-behind win over NorthWood Wednesday.
The TIgers trailed 5-0 after 5 innings and 6-2 after 6 before tyingthe game in the bottom of the 7th and winning it with Woodward's heroics in the extra frame.
Woodward and eventual winning pitcher Kellen Bailey had two hits each for the Tigers, and Bailey and Wyatt Stapleton each scored twice in the victory, which boosted the Tigers above the Panthers in the NLC standings with 3 games to play.
Corbin Johnston started the game on the hill and pitched four innings, and Bailey came in and pitched the other four.
