Varsity Baseball Falls to Mishawaka

Warsaw Tigers Varsity lost the lead late in a 4-3 defeat to Mishawaka on Monday. The game was tied at three with Mishawaka batting in the bottom of the sixth when AJ Buda's sac fly scored one run for Mishawaka.
Warsaw Tigers Varsity got things started in the first inning. Josh Shapiro singled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run.
Mishawaka knotted the game up at one in the bottom of the first inning, when Tommy Harringer singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
Harringer pitched Mishawaka to victory. The fireballer allowed five hits and three runs over seven innings, striking out nine.
Kyle Showley took the loss for Warsaw Tigers Varsity. The hurler allowed five hits and four runs over six innings, striking out six.
Hunter Dippon, Keegan Sherman, Shapiro, Kellan Bailey, and Logan O'Malley each managed one hit to lead Warsaw Tigers Varsity.
Kaden Rose went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Mishawaka in hits.
