The Lady Tiger Wrestling team placed 4th at the Mishawaka Sectional on Saturday.
Warsaw advanced 6 wrestlers to next week's regional at Goshen with 5 wrestlers making it to the finals.
The Tigers had two champions- Emma DeWald at 125 and Mariana Castro at 155.
DeWald entered as the 1-seed and earned two tech falls to make it into the finals. She then won in the championship match by major decision.
Castro was the 2-seed and advanced to the semifinals after a forfeit. She the won by pinfall in her next two matches to take the top spot.Â
Warsaw's three runner-up finishers were Kynna Yoder (120), Natalie Davis (130), and Kaiah Long (170).
All three girls were 2-1, advancing to the semifinals by forfeit and winning by pin to advance.
Kristina Kolembe placed third for the Tigers after winning by pin in the placement round.
Paloma Cervantes and Cadence Escoto placed 5th and will be alternates for the regional round.
