The Tiger baseball squad won their sixth straight and 9 in 10 outings with a 3-2 extra-inning win at Wawasee Wednesday.

Warsaw scored runs in the 1st and 2nd innings, and the Warriors tied the game with runs in the 4th and 5th.

It stayed 2-2 until the 10th, when Warsaw scored to take the lead for good.

Tiger pitching was again the big story.

Zac Miller started the game and went 4 1/3 innings, giving up 7 hits but only 2 earned runs. Oliver Nisen was again strong in relief, giving up only 2 hits and a walk and fanning 6 in 4 scoreless frames. Kellan Bailey came on with one out in the 8th and allowed just a hit and striking out a pair to get the win.

Kharaeus Miller, Logan O'Malley and Hunter Dippon all had two hits for the Tigers, who are now 12-5 overall and 7-1 and holding a two-game lead in the NLC.
