The home opener for the Tiger baseball team had a little bit of everything Wednesday.

Warsaw shutout Tippecanoe Valley 11-0 in five innings at Tiger Field. 

Five Tiger pitchers, each taking one inning, faced the minimum number of batters for a five-inning game (15) while allowing a hit and a 3 walks. One runner was picked off first base and two others were wiped out on a triple play. 

Warsaw scored 8 times in the 3rd inning to put the game out of reach.
