The Warsaw Tiger Unified Flag Football team fell to the Homestead Spartans, by a final of 34-27.
The game was a nail-biter, with neither team able to establish a significant lead throughout the contest.
The loss marked an end to what had been an enjoyable season for the Tigers, filled with memorable moments and growth as a team. "We had a great season," said coach Ryan Bricker. "There are so many things that happened during the season that I know will make for tremendous memories for our players. The seniors made this season special not only with their efforts on the field, but also in how they loved and served each other. It was an honor to get to work so closely with such great students. Their parents should be so proud of them."
The Tigers finished the season with a 3-6 record.
