Late goal lifts #11 Fishers over Warsaw. 

For 78 minutes, the Warsaw Lady Tigers and the Fishers Lady Tigers played a chess match that looked like it might end in a stale mate.  Both teams played with caution as both teams entered halftime with no score. 

The second half brought more of the same, as Warsaw and Fishers made attempts to be strategic in their attacks.  With 5 minutes remaining, Warsaw was awarded a free kick just outside of the corner of the box, but Audrey Grimm's shot went wide.  With 2:00 left on the clock, Fishers was awarded a corner kick and capitalized, breaking the 0-0 tie and giving the home team the 1-0 win.  Kierstin Parker had a strong day in goal, finishing with 4 saves and shutting down a key breakaway in the first half.  Warsaw falls to 6-4 (5-0) and will be back in action on Monday as they travel to Fort Wayne to play Northrop.
