SCHEDULE
7:45 am EST (Warsaw time):

• Doors open for wrestlers, coaches, and officials
• Team drop off (wrestlers/coaches) and officials' entrance: Door A (main entrance of school).
• Team and official check-in begins at Door A vestibule.
• Seating for wrestlers/coaches and their belongings will be on the main floor of the gymnasium on the bleachers.
• 8:30 am EST: Weigh in in the Auditorium. Note: Please do not allow wrestlers to walk through the halls and auditorium with bare feet.
• 9:00 am EST: Gates will be open for fans/spectators.
• 9:00 am EST: Coaches meeting will take place immediately after the weigh in in the Auditorium.
• 10:00 am EST: Wrestling begins.
• Round 1 (Four mats): 
• Quarter Finals: Immediately following Round 1
• Semi-Finals: Immediately following Quarter Finals
• Consolation/Finals: Following the 30-minute lunch break after the Semi Finals end.

TICKET INFORMATION

• $12 per person for the semi-states tournament. 
• Children 4 years or younger are admitted free.
• Advancing contestants, student manager, coach, assistant coach, athletic trainer, athletic director, and principal shall be admitted free.
• Athletes not advancing must pay admission.
• Tickets/admission will be via electronic ticketing or cash at the door.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Teams only are allowed to bring in coolers for student athlete use.
• Coolers must be brought in by the team at the time of check-in.
• Parents or others are not allowed to bring coolers in for the team.
• Tables will be available in the Locker Room Hallway for TEAMS ONLY to set up coolers for wrestlers. No family or friends in the Locker Room Hallway.
• Wrestlers with individual coolers will be allowed in the stands.
• All Fans and Spectators must enter through Door F to proceed to the ticket gate. Note: Parents, fans, and spectators will not be admitted at the team entrance and will not be admitted before 8:00 am. 
• Fan parking is available on the southeast side of the school off Columbus Drive, on the north side of the school next to the Fitness Center, and at Carrie Gosch Learning Center on the northeast corner of Indianapolis Boulevard and Columbus Drive (overflow parking). See a map of the school and these parking areas below. 
• Spectator seating is only available upstairs.
