The Warsaw Unified Flag Football team lost a tough battle on Everwise Field to South Bend Adams by a final of 48-24. The Tiger defense held the Eagles to a season low, but the Warsaw offense struggled to move the chains throughout the game and could only muster four touchdowns on the night.
Carson Gould rushed for two exciting touchdown runs. Chase Nichter threw a touchdown to Joslyn Bricker in the late stages of the first half to keep the Tigers in the game. But nothing was more exciting than when Tiger center Nathan Nette blazed a trail to the endzone late in the game to account for Warsaw's final points of the night.
The Tigers are back in action next Wednesday when they travel to Northwood.
