Warsaw was the favorite heading into tonight's girls track & field sectional at the Tiger Athletic Complex, and they did not disappoint. 

Warsaw claimed their 17th consecutive championship with a winning score of 150.5. Concord was 2nd with 74.5 and Columbia City was 3rd with 65.5.

The top 3 in each event advance to the regional next week. 

For Warsaw, Joey Rastrelli won the 1600 and 800.

Warsaw's 4 x 100 relay team (Anna Stevens, Addison Williams, Claire Walters and Camryn Burner) also won. 

Annabel Parker was sectional champion in the 300m Hurdles and Burner also won the 200m Dash. 

The 4 x 400 relay team (Madison Smalley, Ella Laput, Eden Metz and Joey Rastrelli) finished 1st and Elliana Transparenti won the pole vault competition.
