The Warsaw girls basketball team improved to 2-0 with a big win at Norwell Saturday night 74 to 50.

Warsaw led 20-17 at the end of the first quarter but outscored the Lady Knights 30 to 17 in the middle two periods to build a double digit lead that they would not relinquish.

Brooke Zartman lead the Lady Tigers with 24 points on eight of 16 shooting for the field and six of 11 from three point range. For Lady Tigers scored in double figures including Alexis Neely and Joslyn Bricker with 15 each and Brooke Winchester with 14.

Zartman's 6 3pt FGs moved her to #2 on the career list, passing Kacilyn Krebs on the all time Lady Tiger list.

The junior varsity fell behind 18-3 early and lost 63-50 at Norwell. Madison Branham scored 14 and Cassie Jackson scored 11 points and grabbed 12 rebounds.
