Lady Tiger golfer Abbey Peterson is tied for 4th, two shots behind the leaders, at the girls state golf finals in Carmel. 

Peterson shot a first-round 74, which is 2-over par. The three golfers ahead of her shot even-par 72. 

Peterson took a double-bogey 6 on the Par 4 5th hole, but backed that up with birdies on #6 and #7 to get back to even par. 

She also double-bogeyed #11, but scored pars on her final 7 holes to stay at +2 for the day.
