Carson Gould put home a rebound as time ran out and the Tigers beat Northridge 54-53 in Middlebury Friday.
Gould was under the basket and grabbed the rebound on a floater by Luke Bricker in the game's final seconds. He grabbed it, spun around and put it off the glass and in to spark a wild celebration in front of the Tiger bench.
Gould finished with 7 points, including his third three point basked this season.
Robbie Finlinson and Bricker led the Tigers with 13 each. Finlinson scored all 13 of his points in the second quarter. Drew Sullivan added 6 points and 7 rebounds.
The junior varsity Tigers lost to Northridge 44-36. Tristan Wilson led Warsaw with 12 points, 10 of which came in the first quarter.
