North Side Gym has seen more than its share of epic games and fantastic finishes, but Saturday night's sectional championship game between Warsaw and Northridge was one for the ages. 

Warsaw knocked off Northridge 78-74 in overtime to win the sectional and advance to the regional next Saturday. 

A back-and-forth affair that featured nine ties and 11 lead changes seemed to have ended on a 25-foot 3-pointer by the Raiders' Mason Bales with :03.5 seconds remaining, but the Tigers still had time, so they still had hope. 

Warsaw took timeout after Bales had put Northridge up 68-65, then took another timeout after throwing the ball to midcourt with :01.8 left. Carson Gould found Parker Justice open in the corner deep right corner. Justice calmly turned toward the basket and, with a defender on him, sunk the tying shot and sent the game to extra time. 

Warsaw carried the moment of Justice's heroics into the overtime, outscoring Northridge 10-6 in the final four minutes, and wrapping up the win at the free throw line. 

Justice finished with a career-high 17 points, topped only by Robbie Finlinson's 20. Those two combined to go 11-15 from beyon the arch for the game. The Tigers made 14 3's on the night. 

Mydin Burgher added a career-high 16 points, including 5 in OT. Brandt Martin scored 15, including 8 in the fourth quarter. He's scored in double figures in 28 of Warsaw's 29 games. 

The win means Warsaw won sectional championships in football, girls basketball and boys basketball in the same school year for the first time ever. 

Warsaw plays South Bend Riley in the regional next Saturday at 4pm at SB Washington.
