If you look at just the score from the sectional softball game between Warsaw and Elkhart Monday night at Penn, it would look like just another blow out loss for the Lady Tigers. 

But the 17-5 final score doesn't tell you the whole story. 

The Lady Lions scored 6 runs in the 3rd inning and put the game away with 9 in the top of the 7th to push their lead to 12 and dash the hope of a comeback in their final at bat. 

Lauren Eastwood was 2-4 at the plate, Milana Whitaker was 2-2 and Mia Rodriguez 2-3 at the plate. 

Addison Eastwood pitched 6 innings and took the loss inside the circle for Warsaw, while Kaitlyn O'Dell and Aubrey Sparks combined to get the final three outs.
