Girls, Boys Basketball Players Read to Students at Lincoln Elementary

Members of the Warsaw girls and boys basketball teams took time from their busy schedules to read to the students at Lincoln Elementary Wednesday.

It was "Reading Day" at the school, and the players were invited to come and read to their students.

Zoe Bergan, Ava Egolf, Brooke Winchester, Abbey Peterson and Leila Knepp of the girls team joined Will Bergen, Andrew Potter, Jaxson Gould, Luke Yeager, Luke Bricker and Andrew Sullivan of the boys squad to read to students from almost every class in the school Wednesday afternoon.

They also answered probing questions from the students like what their favorite songs are, their favorite food, and what the best and worst parts of being in high school are.
