The Lady Tiger varsity basketball team had their five game win streak snapped in a 60-51 loss at Westfield Saturday night.
Warsaw's offense struggled to gain traction, shooting just 41% from the field and 5-16 from beyond the arch. It was a rough shooting weekend in Indy for the Lady Tigers, shooting only 36-103 FGs (34.9%) and 7-39 3pt FGs (17.9%) in the two games.
Joslyn Bricker scored 15 to lead the way, while Brooke Winchester just missed out on another double-double with 12 points and 9 rebounds. Brooke Zartman scored 14 and Alexis Neely scored 8 points and dished out 6 assists.
The junior varsity also lost Saturday at Westfield 46-34. Jocelyn Luecke scored 10 points and collected 5 rebounds for the JV, who went 0-1 on the weekend.
All three girls teams will be at Carroll on Wednesday.
