The Warsaw girls basketball team won their fourth in a row and eighth out of nine with an 80-65 win over visiting Carroll Wednesday night.
Brooke WInchester led all scorers with a career-high 24 points to go along with eight rebounds. Brooke Zartman added 18 and Joslyn Bricker poured in 15 off the bench for the Lady Tigers, who are now 8-2 on the season.
Warsaw outscored Carroll in the middle two quarters 41-27 to take an 18 point lead into the final 8 minutes.
And once again, their shooting range from distance was a big part of the win.
Warsaw made 10 of 22 attempts from 3-point range for the game. Winchester made four, Zartman three and Bricker one.
Warsaw will get back into conference play Saturday at home vs Plymouth.
