4:00 PM Pool open for swimmers to warm-up | See Lane Assignments & Times
4:30 PM Scratch meeting for coaches or representatives (attendance required). LOCATION - TRAC Classroom
5:10 PM Clear the pool.
5:30 PM CLEAR THE DIVING WELL! – Diving well will only be used as a cool down area during Thursday and Saturday's swimming competition.
5:30 PM Swimming Preliminaries begin.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2024
6:30 AM Pool open for divers to warm-up.
8:30 AM Scratch meeting for coaches or their representative (attendance required). LOCATION - TRAC Classroom
9:30 AM Diving preliminaries and Semi-Finals.
11:30 AM Pool open for divers and swimmers to warm-up | | See Lane Assignments & Times
12:00 PM Scratch meeting for coaches or their representative (attendance required). LOCATION - TRAC Classroom
12:45 PM Clear the pool.
1:00 PM Consolation and finals in all event

ADMISSION:
Sectionals Session Ticket -- $7.00
No tickets shall be sold in advance. All tickets shall be handled on a general admission first-come/first-served basis at the door on the day of each scheduled session.

ADVANCEMENT
SWIMMING EVENTS

1. First place sectional winners in each event qualifies for the state meet plu
2. Any contestant who equals or betters the state time standard in their respective event in the consolation finals championship finals of the sectional qualifies for the state meet plus (The state standard may not be achieve a swimmer who is competing as the first leg of a relay.
3. The next fastest number of contestants in the state that would bring the total number of state meet entrants to
thirty-two (32) in each event. In the event that a tie exists for the 32nd position, the state qualifier shall
determined by the fastest first place time. If the first place times are identical, both swimmers shall adva
DIVING EVENTS
First through fourth place sectional winners will qualify for the diving regional.

HEAT SHEETS      TEAM ROSTERS

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
No food or drinks are allowed in the pool area.
No balloons, banners and posters, shakers on sticks, etc. are permitted.
Cowbells and other such noise devices are not permitted.
Carry-in radios, cassette and tape decks, etc. are not permitted in the pool area.
Videotaping/Filming: participating schools may be permitted by participating schools by only one individual authorized by the participating school Principal; only when a student from that school is actually participating; and provided there is a designated area available at the center school. Principals of the participating schools
must receive permission to tape/film in advance, from the center school principal. The tape/film may no used to review decisions of contest officials. The tape/film may not be sold, rented or loaned. The taping/filming is not an authorized tournament expenditure and, if done, is at the expense of the school. Spectators may tape/film at any time provided approval is obtained from the tournament management.
 
CONCESSIONS
Concessions will be available in the Hallway outside of the Pool.
