TIME: 8:00 a.m. – Split Tee Times (Holes 1 and 10)

SNACKS AND BEVERAGES:
Snacks and drinks may be purchased at the Clubhouse.

COACHING:
During a stipulated round, two identifiable coaches from each team may give advice to their players at any time on the course except when the players ball is on the putting green of the hole being played by said player.
Once a player's ball initially comes to rest on the putting green of the hole being played, the player's designated identifiable coach must cease giving advice to the player until the player's ball is holed on the putting green of said hole. Coaches are not permitted on the putting green (exception – a rules question regarding the maintenance of the putting green). The penalty for a coach giving advice in violation of this rule would be a 2-stroke penalty per incident for the player. Additionally, when a player begins taking a stance and until he strokes or the stroke is made, the coach or advice giver must not deliberately stand in a location on or close to an extension of the line of play behind the ball for reason. This would also result in a 2-stroke penalty per incident. Rule 10 – Advice in the Rules of Golf is in effect for all levels of IHSAA tournament golf series giving each team the authority to appoint one coach that may give advice to members of that team.
Coaches are outside influences at all times and therefore there is no penalty if their cart or themselves, are hit by a ball.

SPECTATORS:
Spectators and non-participants may be permitted on the course during a tournament provided they do not have significant conversation with the participants and do not violate Rule 10 & 24.4 – Advice. Comments must be limited to encouragement and congratulations. Spectators should NOT give information on the Rules.

PARKING:
Parking is available just north of the clubhouse.
 
ADVANCEMENT TO REGIONAL
1. Top 3 teams who post a team score. Ties for top (3) teams must be resolved in order to advance.
2. Top 3 low individuals excluding those individuals who advance with a team. Ties for 3rd place must be played off in order to advance.
3. Change in lineup forms will be available for those advancing with their ribbons.

RAIN DATE:
Tuesday, June 4, 2024 – Time to be determined
If play ceases once started and more than half of the field finished play, then the event should be
completed the following day. Should less than half the field finish play, then the event is declared
a rainout and the tournament rescheduled.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
- Contestants shall not use caddies or electric carts. Pull carts may be used. Spectator carts are FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
- Cellular phones are prohibited on the golf course. MP3 players shall not be used in the regular season nor during tournament play
