No night is ever perfect for a high school basketball team, but Warsaw's performance at the free throw line in their 66-46 win over Penn sure was.
Warsaw went 18-18 at the charity stripe. That broke the school record for most makes in a game without a miss--the old record was 12-12 in a sectional game against Goshen.
Joslyn Bricker led four Lady Tigers in double figures with 21 points. Brooke Zartman finished with 17, Brooke Winchester 12 and Alexis Neely with 10.
The JV won at Penn 49-40, and the Freshmen team won 42-14 over the Lady Kingsmen.
Warsaw travels to NorthWood next Tuesday for their NLC opener, riding a 22-game winning streak in the conference.
