It was a history-making night for Lady Tiger Basketball Saturday. 

Warsaw outscored Concord 37-0 in the first quarter on their way to a 71-16 rout, clinching the outright Northern Lakes Conference title in 2023. 

It's Warsaw's 18th conference championship and 13th unbeaten conference season ever. 

Warsaw led 54-0 before Concord made a free throw with 1:45 left in the second quarter to break the ice, and the score at halftime was 58-3. 

The 37 points in a quarter is a school record--the previous record was 36 in the fourth quarter at Huntington North in 2010. 

The scoreless defensive 1st quarter was the third time the girls had done that this season and 20th time all-time. 

Four Lady Tigers scored in double figures led by Brooke Zartman's 20. Joslyn Bricker scored 17, Ava Egolf 12 and Alexis Neely 10. 

Warsaw shot 68% from the field while forcing 25 Minutemen turnovers and holding Concord to 5-24 FGs. 

The conference title was the 18th in school history and the first back-to-back titles since 2003 and 2004. 

Warsaw will finish the regular season with a home game Tuesday against Elkhart and a road trip to Huntington North Thursday.
