Lady Tigers Outlast Redhawks of Goshen to Advance in Sectional Tournament

The Lady Tigers got a huge win on Tuesday night getting pay back beating Goshen on Goshen's home floor 33-29. Just 2 weeks prior, Goshen sealed the conference championship on our home floor. We lived that experience and learned from that deflating loss. Learning from being out-rebounded in the first meeting and giving up 13 second chance points, the Lady Tigers had a mission to win that battle of the boards and they did 33-20.

The Lady Tigers move on to face Northridge on Friday night at 7:30 at Goshen High School.

Abby Sanner led the way with 10 points and 8 rebounds. Kensie Ryman added 7 points. Bailie Stephens had 5 points and 3 assists. Audrey Grimm and Kacilyn Krebs each added 4 points and Kendall Wayne added 3 points.

The Lady Tigers held off Goshen down the stretch with great free throw shooting going 10-10 in the fourth quarter and 12-12 on the game.
